Partnership

The Foundation will work closely with all donors and collaborate with other humanitarian actors in Health, Education, Food Security and WASH Clusters. This will include building capacities of workers in their areas of operation. In the spirit of accountability to affected populations, feedback mechanisms will be embedded for all project flexibility.

Staff, volunteers and consultants, both national and international, will be provided with adequate and timely inductions, briefings, and clear reporting lines that promote positive organizational behaviors and enable staff to understand their responsibilities, work objectives, organizational values accountability, commitments, key policies, and local context.

The Foundation will work with partners and other stakeholders to ensure the needs of the most vulnerable are addressed while upholding all standards of Do No Harm.
